The unit defines leadership and identifies the key dimensions of leadership. These are explored and evaluated from a Christian perspective. A variety of predominant leadership characteristics are identified and applied to the individual conceptualising their personal leadership attributes.
At the conclusion of the unit, the student is expected to be able to analyse, describe and assess leadership principles from a general perspective as well as a specifically Christian perspective.
