Multiplying Missional Leaders is the second of four units offered in partnership with 3D Movements (Missional Communities Australia). This unit introduces students to the unique nature of missional leadership. It guides students through a process of learning how to cultivate their own identity as a missional leader and to engage in a guided process multiplying missional leaders in their own ministry context. The unit will commence with a four-day seminar where content and practices will be presented. The unit explores the key characteristics of missional leaders, with particular emphasis upon the art of theological reflection. Processes and contexts that develop missional leaders are examined.
