Andrew Pham brings extensive experience across financial services, pastoral ministry, and Christian higher education. After several years in banking with organisations including ANZ and the ASX, he sensed a call to gospel ministry and pursued theological training.

He has served in pastoral ministry with a focus on preaching, pastoral care, discipleship, and eldership, and continues to contribute to theological education through work in college operations and governance, alongside preaching and supporting student formation.

Andrew is married to Sophanny, and they have three children—Luka, Rachel, and Annabelle. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, gardening, and gaming.
