What Students

are saying

I chose Eastern because I wanted to study teaching in a way that aligned with my Christian faith. I love being able to look at the principles of teaching through a faith lens. There is value in being trained as a teacher taught from a Christian worldview as it helps define the way we see students - as human beings created in the image of God with hope and a purpose – thus shaping the way we approach teaching. Studying from a Christian point of view has helped me come to the 'why' of teaching, not just the 'how' or 'what'.
