Daniel grew up in Newcastle NSW and later moved to Launceston where he studied to be a Primary teacher. He taught in Tasmania before moving to the Mornington Peninsular, and then to Melbourne. He has over 25 years of teaching experience which has included teaching both lower and upper Primary. Daniel completed a Master of Education (National Institute of Christian Education) and later studied theology before pastoring a small church in Belgrave for three years. He then went on to complete a Master of Ministry at MST. Daniel is married to Janice. who is also a teacher, and they have two sons. Daniel enjoys worshipping God in song, eating and drinking coffee with friends and family, walking in nature and swimming.
